Joe initially helped me in 2014 when I purchased my townhouse. Three years later, he helped me sell it (in a matter of days!). He also helped me in my search to find a condo. I couldn’t tell you how many units and open houses I looked at. Any that required an appointment had Joe immediately  requesting and scheduling – no time wasted. I need to point out that Joe is incredibly easy-going, but extremely willing to help at every turn. He is never pushy, but knows when to argue on decisions that will turn the best outcomes. When I was stressed out with anything, he was right there dealing with the stress with me. Thank you, Joe!
