You have to “Go with Joe”! This was the third house we have sold and Joe was by far the best realtor we have dealt with. We had never met Joe before, but saw his sale signs all over our neighborhood because many of our neighbors were using him to sell their homes. When we called him to  schedule our initial appointment, we asked if he could bring us a statement showing the current value because our new home developer would not qualify us until they had that document. He not only prepared that document overnight, but when we met him the very next day, he had already prepared a 40 page published bound document with a color photo of our home on the cover and everything we needed to know about recent sales in our neighborhood. Joe not only proved to us that he was an expert in our neighborhood market, but that he is someone who cares about people and wants to do the best he can to represent his clients. He took all of the time we needed to discuss what we needed to do to sell our home for the best price possible. He was brutally honest and told us some things we did not want to hear, and in the end he was absolutely right. Joe generated an incredible amount of traffic which resulted in multiple offers for our house. We ended up selling our home for thousands of dollars above our asking price. Joe is not only a consummate salesman, but a wonderful person and sincerely cares about his clients. His support for our community demonstrates his commitment to being a good neighbor. “Gotta go with Joe” is not only an expression, it is a fact.
